Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe (our payment processor). We do not store your complete credit card details on our servers
Payment Processing
All payment transactions are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. When you make a purchase:
Your payment card details are transmitted directly to Stripe's secure servers
We receive a payment confirmation (Payment Intent ID) from Stripe but never see your full card number

Usage and Analytics Information
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website:
Anonymous analytics: Page views, time on site, and general user flow
These providers are contractually required to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.

Important: While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

We retain your information for the following periods:
Order Information: Retained for 7 years for accounting, tax, and legal compliance purposes
Email Communications: Retained as long as necessary for customer support and legal purposes
Analytics Data: Retained according to Google Analytics settings (typically 26 months)
Payment Records: Stripe retains payment information according to their retention policy and legal requirements
